By accessing or using Studio ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Studio provides a unified business communication and management platform that integrates WhatsApp Business API, Instagram Messaging API, SMS, and Email to help small and medium businesses manage customer conversations, automate messaging, run campaigns, and operate their business.

You are required to honor customer opt-out requests immediately. Customers may send STOP to unsubscribe from WhatsApp messages. Studio automatically handles this and will not deliver further messages to opted-out contacts. Failure to honor opt-outs may result in account suspension.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at legal@studio-six-brown.vercel.app.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate through the Platform (contacts, messages, business data). You grant Studio a limited license to process this data solely to provide the services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its code, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by Studio. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party providers (Meta, Firebase, Supabase, Vercel) or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
